Sidonie Jordan has been played on NTS in shows including Doing Time , featured first on 22 October 2017. Songs played include Something About You.

The track,'Something About You' was released as a single on Trojan records in 1992 and forms part of the compilation album 'I Shall Sing' released on Trojan records in 1993. This lady has an extensive recording career having worked with Tina Turner (as an Ikette), Chakka Kahn, Phil Collins, Pete Townshend, Cher and others. She was lead singer with Peter Banks in their band called Empire for many years and her musical adventures spanned from Rock to Pop to Reggae which she always loved.

An American who moved to London in the late 70s, she enjoyed a long career in films and television in Hollywood and New York. But her heart was always in recording which she does to this day as a songwriter and singer.

Its not easy for a female to last a long time in the music business unless they have become really well known but Sidonie Jordan has prooved that if you love recording you can keep going….
