Tuesday Born has been played on NTS in shows including The Hot Selection, featured first on 12 March 2013. Songs played include Sleep With Stars, Wake and If I Were.

Tuesday Born is British jazz-based Afro Electronica pianist, vocalist, producer Gabriel Benn (born in London). Based in Sheffield, he is one half of duo The Busy Twist.

Benn cultivated his love for Ghanaian music through his seven visits to the country between 2009-2012. After making connections with a network of local musicians and producers, the vibrancy and energy of Accra permeated through his music and created a wonderful hybrid of African influenced etherial electronica. Based in Sheffield, and one half of The Busy Twist, the infectious intercontinental fusion of sounds that he creates is a unique and fascinating mix.
