Reynald Deschamps, or Reynald "CFM" Deschamps, nicknamed the "Crazy Frenchman", is an artist, producer and independent label head. Based in New York in the 1980s and 1990s, Reynald formed his own distribution company MTI (comprising Kool Groove Records, REY-D Records and later USA (United Sounds of America).
