PAM, previously host of beloved NTS show Okonkole Y Trompa, joins you for a dawn chorus every Thursday. Traversing obscure rarities, globetrotting vintage pop and beyond.
NYC-based producer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist Anysia Kym shares a monthly compilation of her favourite tracks, right now and of all time; she flips a song of her choice at the start of each hour-long episode.

There are at least two artists using the name Auto Da Fé:
An Irish new wave group active in the 80s
An experimental noise pop band from Prague, active in the 90s
Auto Da Fé were an Irish new wave musical group formed in the Netherlands in 1980 (but mainly active in Ireland) by former Steeleye Span singer Gay Woods and Trevor Knight. The band released a string of singles between 1982 and 1985, including "November November", "Bad Experience", and "Man of Mine", the latter featuring Midge Ure on guitar and backing vocals from Phil Lynott. The band split up in 1986.
Auto da Fé were initially an experimental noise pop band, formed in Prague in 1991 by Steve Curati. Despite never releasing a record and playing live irregularly, they gained a cult following for their one-off performances.
The original line-up featured Steve Curati (guitars and vocals), Theresa (vocals), Jan Muchow (of fellow Prague band Ecstasy of Saint Theresa) guesting on bass and a drum machine. The second line-up featured Curati, along with Helena on vocals, Petr Machacek (bass) and Kuba (drums), both ex of The Naked Souls.
After the second incarnation of the band split up in 1993, Curati retained the name Auto da Fé for his guitar-based solo work and later electronic composition.
In 1994 Auto da Fé (by now purely electronic) were briefly signed to Go! Beat on the recommendation of Andrew Weatherall who had heard a demo while walking through the Go! Discs offices. They were later dropped from the label in favour of Portishead without releasing a record .
The only songs recorded were a series of demo tapes dating from 1991 to 1994, some of which have recently re-surfaced while others remain lost.
