Barney McAll was born in 1966 and grew up in Melbourne, Australia playing improvised music and strange permutations. Graduating from the Victorian College of the Arts in 1991, he also toured Australia and Europe extensively with Vince Jones and produced two albums for him; 'Future Girl' and 'Heres To The Miracles'.
