Hailing from the 303 "Grind" scene of the early-to-mid nineties, The Warlock Pinchers made a statement to the pop alternative-grunge scene that they didn't have to conform. Some songs done with drum machines set above 120bpm were the norm, but humor and a pseudo-satanic style accompanied with distorted guitar riffs in a punkish style made their sound unique, and apparently got them labeled "rapcore" and just outright punk rock.
