Roger Nicholson has been played on NTS in shows including Heaven and Earth Magic w/ Jocelyn Romo, featured first on 5 October 2018. Songs played include Packington's Pound and Spring Season.

Roger Nicholson is a very obscure UK Appalachian dulcimer instructor and player. Although very little information is known about him, and his records are quite rare, it is apparent that he released an album, and a book of sheet music by the same name, called Nonesuch for Dulcimer in 1972.
