Parlours has been played on NTS shows including Bo Ningen, with In Many Septembers We Met Few first played on 19 February 2019.

In the wake of the huge success of Mumford & Sons and their ilk, a band like Parlours could become massive. This may well cause a Marmite reaction amongst listeners, but the doubters should give them a go, because they really are rather good. A five piece from Des Moines, they play poppy folk with great harmonies from vocalists Scott Yoshimura and Dana Halferty (who writes all the songs), catchy melodies and a warm yet jaunty acoustic sound.
