Peter Thomas Sound Orchestra has been played on NTS shows including Music To Ease Your Disease, with Take Sex first played on 19 April 2015.

Best known for the score for ancient German TV sci-fi series Die Raumpatrouille, Peter Thomas Sound Orchester are reputed to have exercised a considerable influence on British Indie band Pulp. The Raumpatrouille score has also been used by The Legendary Pink Dots as warm-up music ahead of their gigs.
