Scrappy

Scrappy has been played on NTS in shows including Alicia Matthews, featured first on 14 December 2020. Songs played include Freeze (Scrappy Mix), Freeze ('92 Remix) and Freeze (Limelight Mix).

Scrappy were Georgina Pringle (Vox & Guitar), Brinn Jardine (Bass) and Tom Fulcher (Drums). They formed when they were 16 in early 2002 in the quiet town of Great Malvern with similar musical influences, including The Clash, Green Day and Rancid.

The band recorded their Self Titled EP in 2002 and played several gigs in Great Malvern and London.

Sadly, despite critical encouragement and positive reviews, the band parted ways after barely two years together due to a difference of opinion.
