Shu-De has been played on NTS shows including The Early Bird Show w/ Spirit Blue, with Sygyt, Khoomei, Kargyraa (Styles Of Throat-singing) first played on 1 June 2019.

Shu-de is known for its Tuva throat singing and interpretation of shamanic songs. The band recorded its first album in 1994 Voices from the Distant Steppe, followed by Kongurei in 1996.
