Regret, the Informer is a screamo band formed in 2008 in the suburbs of Kansas City, Missouri. They started out as a five-piece, changed their lineup a few times and evolved into a quartet. They released a demo CD in 2008, a split EPCD w/ Canyons in '08, an EPCD in '09 entitled "More Than Metaphor," and a split EPCD w/ Nymphoteens in '09. All album artwork is done by bassist/vocalist Stephen Proski. As for more releases, according to their Myspace as of 2010 "[They] will come out when [they're] ready, bearing gifts." That they did when in they came out of hiatus in 2010 and recently released a new ep entitled "Haet Us" they also are putting out a 4 way split with Battle Royale, Texas Instruments, and Baitfish
Current lineup: Adam Brumback (drums), Stephen Pellerito (guitar), Barrett Jones (bass) and Stephen Proski (guitar & vocals).
