There is more than one artist using the name The Allies.
(1) Was a Seattle-based band that scored a regional hit in the 80s with their Avengers-inspired song "Emma Peel".
(2) A three piece rock band from New York that existed in the early 80s and contained former Sweet bassist Steve Priest.
(3) North Carolinian rap duo consisting of Big Remo and Novej. Production on their EP features Khrysis and 9th Wonder.
(4) a fast rising indie band from Birmingham.
(5) A three piece formed in 2005 in Norman, OK via Portland. "Usually, when people decide to form a band, the instruments are selected and the players stick to them. Not so with Norman's up and coming The Allies. The trio, featuring Natalie Howard and Chance Flato on guitar/drums/vocals and Dan Whiteneck on bass/keys, delights in switching instruments mid-set and sharing songwriting duties. They're an allied front, playing up-tempo, structured, catchy chord-rock." -Josh Mcbee POP http://www.myspace.com/theallies
(6) A six member turntablist crew/collective consisting of A-Trak, Dj Craze, Infamous, Develop, Spiktacular, and J-Smoke.
