Junte Uiterwijk (born Zwolle, The Netherlands, 19 May 1982), known professionally as Sticks, is a Dutch rapper from the town of Zwolle, The Netherlands.

Sticks gained prominence in the Dutch hiphop scene as one of the MCs in the legendary Opgezwolle (2001-2007). Following the demise of Opgezwolle he has released albums in many different constellations with Kubus, Rico, A.R.T. and other associates from the Zwolle scene.

He has also released solo material credited to Sticks alone, notably a string of stand-alone singles in 2020, followed by the album STICKmatic (2020). Often regarded as a solo album (and scrobbled as such) was 2020's Het mooiste komt nu, but this album was formally credited to Kubus & Sticks. January 2023 saw the release of another solo album proper, Alles Over Hoop, followed by yet another one, Zonneschijn, in late November 2024.
