Sadly only reaching a large audience after his tragic and untimely passing in 2010, Tokyo-born Jun Seba a.k.a. Nujabes offered a fresh & relaxed take on traditional hip hop instrumental production. Weaving loops of classical piano arrangements and strings with loose & organic drum programming, his sound has inspired and been imitated by thousands online since his death, while rarely approaching his timeless simplicity.
