This mix, the second in the series, is a response to a phone conversation (with John Somerville) which touched on themes of an apocalyptic nature, both in a ecological and a techno-pessimistic sense. The selections trace a dialogue between music from Ireland and further afield, taking in everything from avante-garde and folk to pop with biblical notions and krautrock, featuring work from from the likes of Jennifer Walshe, Dome, Brendan Jenkinson, Phil Lynott, Virginia Astley, Stereolab.
