Tunefork Studios: An Introduction by Snakeskin

Beirut’s self-described “electronic dream pop with ambient & industrial undercurrents” duo Snakeskin (aka Fadi Tabbal and Julia Sabra) have created a mix in tribute to Tunefork studios, one of Lebanon’s longest-running independent studios that has been shaping the experimental/indie scenes ithere since 2006. Featuring 18 tracks recorded at the pioneering studios that Fadi and Julia are co-owners of (and where they recorded their new album THEY KEPT OUR PHOTOGRAPHS) the mix features tracks from prominent local and regional talents such as SANAM, Youmna Saba, Praed, Postcards, Mayssa Jallad, Sary Moussa and others and is bookended with tracks from their new album.
