Initially heading up Calgary band Women, Patrick Flegel began performing and writing music in drag as Cindy Lee in the early 2010s, coinciding with their debut solo long player "Tatlashea". Their music – which tackles themes of personal struggle, spirituality and love with a tender frankness – sounds like pop thats been run through the ringer.
