UKG super producer DJ Sticky unveils the secret sauce behind 2-Step, a garage off-shoot which flipped the script on dance music’s four-to-the-floor pulse, combining R'n'B with darkside basslines and rhythmic experiments.

Interview is followed by an in-house mix of records across the spectrum of 2-Step, between 1996-2003.
