Mermaid has been played on NTS shows including Orpheu The Wizard, with Bonita first played on 24 September 2023.

There are more than one artist called Mermaid:

1) A stoner rock band from Pamplona/Navarra/Spain, which was formed in 1998 by Firehead (bass, vocals), Txetxu Brainloster (vocals, guitar) and Leroy S. Starlight (drums). They disbanded in 2005 after releasing three albums and one EP. Txetxu Brainloster founded the successor Green Manalishi in 2005.
