The Manson Family, performing together on The Family Jams, were associates of the notorious Charles Manson.

According to the liner notes for their album, The Family Jams (material recorded 1970, re-released 1997), all songs were written by Charlie. However, he does not actually appear on the album. Instead, Family members Clem, Squeaky (Lynette Fromme), Blue (Sandra Good), Brenda, Country Sue, Ouisch, and Gypsy are the credited performers.
