"This shakshouka show is a Tunisian special to showcase some gems from the smallest country in North Africa and also where I grew up. A mixture of genres and artists - from Disco bands performing in hotels (Marhaba Band - Carthago) or cruise ships in the mediterranean (Corniche Band) to Eurovision runner-up (Amina Annabi). Jasmin sellers are emblematic figures of all Tunisian festive gatherings, especially summer nights - hence the cover choice!"
